Following President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement of a country-wide lockdown as of midnight on 26 March 2020, we would like to reassure you that Instant Web will remain open and will continue to operate during this period as per essential services as a Telecommunications provider. We will be able to deliver sim cards over this period, but in limited quantities,

Our sales, technical, and admin teams are all set up to work remotely to assist you during this time. You can reach them via WhatsApp, support or phoning 012 035 1155 for urgent issues. Take notice that support tickets and WhatsApp support during CLOSED TIMES will be charged at R150 per incident if you do not have a paid support package with Instant Web. Both WhatsApp and support are available from 11h00-23h00.
Ongoing projects after lockdown
Current installations, although postponed, have already been earmarked for future installation dates. Our technical team will be in contact with the new proposed installation dates.
